The Grosse Pointe Foundation for Public Education (GPFPE) is an independent, non-profit organization which brings our community together to fund extraordinary educational opportunities for our children.
“No other club in the district lets you use the knowledge you got in science class, the equations you learned in math, and the creativity you use in English, while still providing more fun than a snow day in March.”
Nathan, Gearheads Team
“Nowhere else does there exist such an extraordinary opportunity for high school students to gain first-hand experience in team management, communication, and engineering.”
Tristan, Solar Car Team
“Soon after becoming involved with Freshman Assist, I discovered that I hadn’t merely joined a program, but rather, had become a part of a family.”
Michael, Freshman Assist Mentor
